At Peace At Last we offer techniques to help you to learn new ways to cope within the world of parenthood, where so often things are out of your control.
Baby massage, for example, has a wealth of proven benefits, from reducing the effects of colic and reflux, to aiding tummy troubles such as constipation and wind. And though we can’t promise baby massage will help your little one sleep through the night, it has been proven to promote calm in parents and babies.
Yoga helps you to build a bond with your baby – in fact the very meaning of the word yoga is to “unite”. Yoga promotes physical and mental development for your baby, and also provides gentle exercise for you – ideal if you’re thinking about your physical health and mental wellbeing post-pregnancy.
Our baby massage and yoga sessions are built to help you relax into parenthood, and give you the tools you need to grow in confidence, together with your baby.

Being a parent can be a rollercoaster ride of emotions – there are highs and lows in almost every 24-hour period – and there’s no denying it’s one of the hardest “jobs” in the world.
These days we’re all so busy doing, we often don’t have the chance to just “be”. Especially when there’s a baby or toddler in the house. Baby massage and baby yoga classes give you the chance to pause your busy life for an hour a week, allowing you to connect with you child using techniques that have been tried and tested.
