Suitable from 6-8 week check - please note that if you have had a c-section we advise waiting until you are at least 10 weeks postpartum.

 

The ideal age for this session is from 12 weeks until pre-walking - however if you would like to come a little earlier than 12 weeks you will be provided with alternative movements to ensure baby's head and neck are supported.

 

A fun session incorporating yoga poses for you and baby. Helps with bonding, wind, colic, reflux and more.
