Antenatal yoga helps you stay relaxed during pregnancy and prepare for birth
Pregnancy yoga classes run from Tyldesley Pelican Centre and now St Thomas' Church Hall, Stockton Heath, Warrington.
Tyldesley - Thursdays 6.30 - 7.30pm (runs as a 4 week course for £30)
Stockton Heath - Wednesday 7.30-8.30pm and Thursday 7-8pm (run as a 6 week course for £45)
Taught by a level 3 qualified postnatal/antenatal yoga teacher, these classes are calming and relaxing. They help you manage aches and pains during pregnancy, stretch and strengthen, and prepare for the birth of your baby.
Classes include breathwork and asana (yoga poses) suitable for pregnancy for the second and third trimester.
